Agencies can download a copy of the application from www.stldd.org or pick up a copy at the DD Resources office beginning January 20, 2012. Applications are due on or before 12:00 p.m. March 2, 2012. A CARF three year accreditation has been awarded to the
St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources for their Targeted Case Management services. This accreditation lasts until 2013.
