Description: Horizon North Housing Incorporated (H.N.H.I.) was established to provide affordable housing for single mothers with developmental disabilities and their children.
Residents occupying H.N.H.I. enjoy amenities that include a fully furnished apartment wish a washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture, as well as bed and bath linens and kitchen utensils.
H.N.H.I. staff include Residential Assistants who provide 24-hour monitoring and supportive assistance for residents. There is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on staff who provides early intervention and prevention assistance to the children residing at H.N.H.I.
