Description: Industrial Aid, Inc. is a Sheltered Workshop that provides a controlled work environment for people with disabilities. It is designed to enable persons with disabilities to maintain employment while developing their capabilities, performance, and relationships with others.
The Pre-Sheltered Workshop Program is designed to provide training for persons with disabilities that allows them to gain the skills, levels of productivity, work behavior, and work ethic necessary to meet the entrance criteria for employment in a sheltered workshop. The program is designed to provide assistance, support and training for the employee/consumer that has little or no previous work experience.
